Weight when going to US Navy boot camp!?

hi
i leave for Navy boot camp ina week. and im not soo much as overweight the weight limit, but im ON it. but just in case, i was wondering if even if I do NOT pass the weight but i do pass the tape when i go to MEPS, will send me to "fat camp" even though i make tape? and is fat camp before or after boot camp?
and things have changed over the years so i need someone who's been there recently.

I barely made the weight requirement when I left for the navy. You will have to talk to your recruiter about that.
A word of advice: When you get to the gate for basic training, throw away your common sense because it is not needed. Just do whatever your superiors tell you and not think about it. |
