I'm not too sure. But I'd have to say a Green Beret only because they do everything a SEAL can do plus learn a foreign language and do other stuff.

Green Berets all day, better training, ever heard of SERE school, that was fun, any ways Special FOrces must learn new languages the yspend short amounts of time at war but get a lot more done than the Infantry and they spend time trainign in special areas where their group is assigned. I give a lot of credit to the SEALS but SF gets the job done

People need to learn to stop comparing our nation's special operations teams. They all have different missions. SEALs are better than the Berets when it comes to certain missions, and the Berets are tougher than the SEALs at other missions. They don't work competitively when they work together. They work cooperatively.

They're both groups of hired killers. Green berets do a lot more up-close and personal murder... really they're just different; I wouldn't say one is better than the other.

Depends- green berets are awesome on land. Navy Seals are awesome on sea and good on land too.

So personally I like US Army Special Forces (Green Berets) BUT I must say that my relative was one. Yes he speaks like 4 languages and stuff.
He said that when they trained with the SEALs they couldn't keep up.
They do two different jobs.
Who is better? Derek Jeter or Kobe Briant?

I'll answer your question with a question. Which is heavier and pound of feathers or a pound of lead? Try talking to a recruiter if you are looking for job advice. If you are just curious talk to a recruiter anyway and find out by joining. Special Forces are the elite of each branch. They are all the best speciallizing in certain fields.
