It just seems to me like the marines are getting more respect from americans than the army guys.
It also seems to me like women wanna f*ck marines more than army guys...what's up with that?
what's makes them more appealing?

well it is true most americans cant tell the difference between army and marines. sad but true. though i don't see how people are that ignorant, then again i grew up around the military. and marines tend to get more respect because they have the least amount of people in their branch, as well as being the "first in, last out".
and as far as women wanting to f*ck marines....lol well the marines quite frankly have hotter guys. they generally are in better shape, and have this attitude about them that army guys just don't have, its hard to explain. plus they look good in their dress blues. |

Most Americans can't tell a Marine from a Coastie from a Soldier to be honest....

Some areas Marines get much more respect than other branches, in other areas they get less.
I am prior Army but have been stationed close to Marine bases/detachments. Marines act and behave differently than others. Most of the time it is for the good but occasional you have the few that screw it up. Marines have their on culture, some are uncomfortable with it other look at it as something special. This is also true of the Army but not to the same extent.
Marines are unique, for me it is in a good way. |

civilians dont know the difference until you tell them ,i know cause recruiter assistance after boot leave (dec 04) we got call soldier,sailor ....all the fricking time ..they can only figure it out when we were our dress blues and that it.
and i dont know how wanna f*ck us more lol... we cant wear our cammies everywhere so it seems like the Army we wear no patches ,but between branches i could tell you female in the services are more attracted to Marines an Marines love to date Airforce and Navy ... =D shame on us.. |
