One of our carrier battle groups has more firepower then all of Great Britain. Our Coast Gaurd is the third largest naval force in the world.

The United States. There is no substitute for Super Carriers and only one country has them and we have 11. Those jump jet carriers England have are very effective if you do not have to go up against a Angle decked super carrier. |

At the moment, I believe it's the US, but China has been reported to be coming on strong in recent years. The Russians are still trying, as last year's cruise to Venezuela demonstrated, and I think that even the British still have a few ships left. |

The United States, very simple, many people here placed much emphasis on carriers but our true might is in sub surface warfare. Our attack and Ballistic Missile submarines have no peers. they are in a class of their own. SSns and SSBns form the backbone of our navy |

Very hard to answer really, considering most Navy's now also have fighter craft and infantry ect combined... U.S out of size, but when it comes to Naval skill and seamanship, well it's probably the Brit's. Only Super Power to have a larger Navy than Army! |
