I understand its a journal of military cases...but exactally what am i looking at and what do the numbers before and after each case mean?
Where can I find more information on military criminal cases or convictions?

Those are the case or docket numbers. You should be able to use the reference numbers and name of the case to obtain the records. Courts Martial are public information.
You could file a Freedom of Information Act request or check with a military legal library. |
