You get free health care and dental for yourself and immediate family. ie: wife and children. If you are active duty every year you can spend 4,500 on classes through earmyu. Which is a great way to earn a college degree while working full time. You also have access to the GI Bill.

There are many benefits available to military members, ranging from medical care, to special pays, to tax advantages, to the base exchange and commissary by far better then any other military in the world lol

If you score higher then a 50 on the ASVAB then you qualify for the Navy College Fund. Which is a $15,000 kicker to the G.I. Bill. that is what I did and I enlist last month. Best of luck I suppose each service has there own little perks.
