1. The British soldiers are paid more than their US counterparts but, once out of the military the US soldier has a lot more benefits than a Brit.
2. The US Soldier generally joins for 4 years and leaves, he has qualified for education under the GI Bill. The Brits tend to serve for longer which means vacancies are rarer and getting in is a lot harder. This also means that institutional experience is retained and the Brits aren't re-learning the same lesson every 4 years.
3. The US soldier has a lot more technology and firepower at his disposal. The Brits in afghanistan don't have enough equipment to do the job without air support form the US.

the UK solders like our food stuffs better than there own,they also like the equipment we have better,although they have some really good stuff too.they like our pay amount better and if they just wore our uniforms and spoke proper American English you wouldn't be able to tell the difference,except the thing with tea times,, |
