What are the rules during A school in the Navy?

my boyfriend is graduating basic this friday and going to A school. i want to know if he can have a cell phone? a car? if he can come home for weekend visits?

Yea he will be able to have a cell phone. It would be best if he buys immediately after boot camp. a car though would not be a good idea. depending on where his school is. If it is near in driving distance from his home then of course but if not then dont even worry about it. and he will be allowed to go only so far from base so once again depending on how close his home is from base will be the deciding factor as to whether or not he will be able to come home during weekends
