What are the specifics of MarSOC training?

What training does MarSOC endure? Can anyone give me specifics? ANSWERS FROM EXPERIENCED MILITARY PERSONNEL ONLY.

It depends, if your talking about CSO (operator), then after screening, you'll train for nearly a year before you deploy. The ITC, Individual Training Course, lasts about 7 months. After that you'll head for to the MSOS and various schools depending on what you need to do.

You wont always go through the same training as a CSO if your in support or the intel battalion.
