Well, seeing as Obama is all about peace, maybe. But there's plenty of people out there who won't abandon their nuclear weapons unless we use force. So if the President goes to war with them...they'll either get completely destroyed, or if they win the war(not probable) then no, he won't be able to free the world from nukes and such.
And of course, there's the chance that Obama won't go to war. If he doesn't, well, the world will still have nuclear weapons because some countries just don't want to give them up. |

As Obama has said, it may not be in his lifetime. Hope he can lay the ground work but with all the power hungry leaders out there i would give it a one in a million shot. |
