Oooh, there are some nasty & uninformed answerers above. Anyone would think the USA is a shining beacon of light. Ok, for all you ill-educated dimwits out there in Yahoo-land who think the USA never invaded anybody, allow me to provide a list of countries off the top of my head where the USA has either invaded or overthrown the president/prime minister etc

Haiti, Venezuela, Fiji, Grenada, Iraq, Afghanistan, Chad, Liberia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Bolivia, Colombia, Greece, Ghana, Zaire, Brazil, Ecuador, South Vietnam. Guatemala, Honduras, Laos, Guyana, Iran, Syria, Cuba. And those are off the top of my head. So to all you "we are a force for good in the world" wafflers, get your heads out of your arses

Too few to mention, but did you know that U S nuclear weapons were directed against Britain following the second victory by the Wilson Labour government in March 1966.
The White House were furious with Wilson when he refused to deploy British troops to supplement American forces in Vietnam, also when the British Leyland company won a contract to supply single decker buses to Cuba the American government threatened to sink our cargo ships making the delivery. They thought that Fidel Castro would convert the buses into tanks and invade the U S, just how infantile can American politicians be.
During the economic crisis in the late seventies it was stated that the then British prime minster Jim Callaghan's hair went white overnight. Have a guess at which country pulled the economic rug from under us?
History does repeat itself for look at the mess our economy is in at the present time and the country that is directly responsible.

Many more than have. You need to define invasion. Retaliatory troops do not constitute invasion. Peace keeping forces may or not constitute invasion. Enforcement of agreements may or may not constitute invasion.

It has been my observation that a higher percentage of dorky questions are posted by people who wear hats in their avatars, than by others. Not that this has anything to do with you.

Silly question. There are 274 countries in this world. We've invaded 25 of them, by my count. And that's over a period of 200+ years. So that makes 249 countries in this world, not including nations that no longer exist, that the US has not invaded. Read some history and stop believing the hype. Why would people automatically assume that we are such a bad country? You ever tried living somewhere else? I sure have. It's ugly out there.
