He is graduating from Fort Jackson, SC and I have NO idea what to wear for family day or graduation. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated... also, do I bring a gift?

I wanna look really hot- but not to wear his family would be embarassed- so just a short simple black dress?

Ok, first off, if you're confidence comes from the way you actually look, then you dont need to worry about his friends being impressed by what you're wearing. They will be impressed by the way you carry yourself.
Secondly, dont dress like you're going to the club. If you have a large chest, cover them up, he knows they are there. No one else needs to see them but him.
Dont be disrespectful, wear something that is weather appropriate. I would say to not go above the knee as that screams "look at me." Like previously stated, he knows what is there, there is no reason you need to flaunt it.
Most of all, wear something that you can sit in for a while. Comfort and class together is what you want.

Just wear something nice, something he would like. But, remember, there will be families there as well. That and a lot of horny guys. When I graduated Air Assault School, one of my friends girlfriends was wearing a sun dress. The sun was behind her and everybody could practically see through it. She got a lot of comments from the whole formation, my buddy wasn't too happy. |

HAHA.. If he was graduating from Infantry School at Ft Benning, GA, it would not matter.. no females in the Infantry. You would be starred at anyway and boys are boys!
But seriously, dress for the weather, dress for respect for your soldier and family and you still will look hot. A skirt is good!
As for the gift? Give him a card and tell him his graduation gift is "you" anytime - anywhere! |
