I have no problem with Muslims - it's terrorists of any sort I don't like.

For the benefit of the ignorant, a terrorist wears no uniform, is not identifiable as an enemy combatant - he is not a soldier - and generally targets civilians rather than soldiers, who might just defend themselves.

The "Iraqi" resistance, when they attack military targets, can be considered as acting reasonably honourably within the scope of their cause, I suppose, but those who just bomb civvies, wherever they are, are beyond the pale and deserve all they get.

By the way, "bred" is the past participle of "to breed". "Bread" is a foodstuff. I think you mean you're a "Born and BRED Scottish patriot". The alternative seems a bit daft...

Its good but I wouldn't start celebrating.
Thers a few more to sort out yet and theres still many to take there place.
Theres no doubt in my mind that the leaders will be killed or caught including Bin Laden. but I can't see that stopping Al Quaida. At the moment our boys are doing a good culling job, but that's about it at least it keeps the problems 1000's of miles away from my house , but I do feel sorry for the Innocent Afghans caught up in it all. but I suppose that's the price of freedom for us all.

i do not forget what they did and do. but if the USA had not started the conflicts with everyone we would not have a world in a shambles. thanks to bush's policies the world is going into melt down or ww 3 full scale

and their supporters feel the same about it when one or more of your lads die in vain. I was living in Boston on 911 and I went to ground zero in october to pay my respects and I sympathise with you all on your loss, but i sympathise with them too, and you should sit down and try to resolve your issues or all you will be doing (and them)are rearing another generation of killers.
