What do you think of this quote?

"There were other (U.S.) government agencies who would come into the prison and handle prisoners. I can't say which agencies, but you can probably guess. One night, this Black Hawk landed at about 4 a.m., and a couple guys came in with a prisoner and took him to tier 1, put sheets up so that nobody could see, and spent the rest of the night in there. They told us to stay away, so we did. Then a couple hours later, they came back out. They were like, "The prisoner is dead." They asked for ice to pack him, and then they said, "You guys clean this up. We weren't here. Have a good day.' Got back on the bird and took off, left the dead body right there. Those guys can come in and kill a guy, and there's nothing you can do. There's no record of them. They were never there. They don't exist," - Joe Darby, the soldier who blew the whistle on Abu Ghraib, in this month's GQ.

Even if this dude has an agenda, isn't this a little scary? Also, just b/c someone else acts the fool doesn't give you carte blanche to do the same...

It hink that joe darby has a agenda...

let him go to a palestinian prisonor camp and ask them about their prisonors they decapitate, or rape , or drill with a power drill...wearing panties on a head is a perversion...not a war crime ..

I think that it is a true quote. I'm sure this happens all the time. The man who died probably wasn't an innocent but The USA is supposed to be above torture and murder. I think most Americans are above such vile acts just not this administration nor are most republican/redneck/Christian fundamentalist.

Why would anyone believe such a fantasy? It has too many "facts" that are nonfactual.

Always remember this important point, "America is a nation of laws". Everything we do has a law that permits it or forbids it, and there will always be someone who wants those laws to be respected.

That prison camp had some loonies who thought they were the law, but some one wanted the laws to be respected and that (those) person(s) talked. There were trials and there were convicted people. Have you heard anything about secret killers killing prisoners?

Do you think for a minute the American Press would allow something like that go unexposed?

joe darby is a traitor. I agree with Smitty031, This is a very necessary part of war... if we do not do all that can be done to obtain info on our enemies, we will have many more 911s. We have had the "black op" boys around for years. They were most active during the Kennedy years, he used them very effectively. Jimmy Carter on the other hand did not and look how that Iran hostage thing turned out.
While this is not an acceptable solution for polite or politically correct society, war is a kill or be killed situation, those who hesitate will lose and die. (been there / done that) If every thing could be "negotiated" then there would be no war. But since homicide bombers don't negotiate...

Delta Force and your not going to be able to do anything about it because the are protected under a complete different set of rules.

That's why they are called "Operators" and not soldiers. And their passports are brown and not blue.

El Pistolero Negra
Must have been the Men In Black. Maybe there was an alien in the prison.

I went to school with Joe. He was liar then and is still a liar today!

If you watch only one conspiracy documentary ever, make it this one. This just might be the best introductory video out there. Understand that every claim made in this is fact, not opinion, no matter how wild it sounds. It's all easily verifiable through mainstream news archives and public documents.

When it happens to others way off in a distant land it rarely matters in america. Just a truth. What happens in Iraq stays in Iraq, or Afgahistan or Las Vegas...

That has been going on for so many years it is not funny. There is no record of it any where either. You can have access to any records and you just won't find anything.
They work by verbal orders and do what they have to and that is all that needs to be said or known.
Just understand that it is all in the interest of the nations security and the cost of one life vs the lives of millions is an easy decision.

If the prisioner was a terrorist I don't care. They kill us and ours and since only one person said this who's to say it's even true.
