WW-III was decided on the fields of Eastern Europe, Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, and Afghanistan (and various other minor incidents).

The 'cold war', which was hot at some point on the globe for all of its 45 years, could reasonably be called WWIII. It was a war, and it impacted and involved all of the countries on the globe.

That makes the GWOT the WWIV. And it is being waged with very nice modern weapons.

In my opinion he was stating by the time we have WW3 would have totally destroyed ourselves to the point where we are beginning. Which what Will Smith's movie is about THE LAST MAN ALIVE. We are on our way of taking our self to the very basics of having nothing due to not appreciating what have now and the greed for power

He was referring to the destruction of Atomic Bombs,but he wasnt alive to see computers that fit in the palm of your hand,or the precision of surgical strikes,I think he would have been awestruck and horrorfied in the same breath.His quote still stands today,as he witnessed the dawn of mans ability to create war in massive global scales,a far cry from wars of his youth,or ever seen before.

it means with the atomic bomb present, WWIII will bomb everybody and soon the whole world will be destroyed. Therefore society begins slowly beginning with the caveman once again.

You asked about Einstein's quote "I know not with what weapons World War 3 will be fought, but I do know World War 4 will be fought with sticks and stones" So here goes: Darth did you see any of the Planet of the apes movies; because that was what happened to the Planet after the Wars that we had.

I think if there is a World War 3 there will be most of wiped out by Nukes. World War 4 will never take place because we as we know our self today will be dead.

We have never finished World War 2 because of other countries around the World are still at War. When I was a kid in Morocco it was bad then. like 1953-1955 they were still bombing GI's Cars so the Arabs are still after us. Take a good look back; Korea, Vietnam, Morocco, and today. World War 2 was never finished. I am sure that there are other people on Yahoo that will agree with me.

gee wonder where you heard that quote ACHOO call of duty 4 OOOOO anyway if you think about look how much war has advanced eventually well reach a point where war will become so advanced we wont need things that were making eventually countries will go bankrupt after trying to make new weapons invest so much in the military look what happend to the soviet union then desperation kicks in you need to selll weapons to countries eventually they are used against said country again look at the soviet union the soivet union collapsed after it couldent feed its citizens their exchange rate is in shambles 1 russian ruble is about 40 american cents its a cycle see what i mean? eventually they resort to unconventinal things its a metaphor sticks = unconventional warfare or so to speak
