The Indianapolis was indeed a tragic event in Second World War history. But it doesn't need me to watch youtube videos over sixty years later to know that.

Just the fact that people are even aware of this page in WWII history is a tribute in itself. Well done!!!!!!!
Very moving. One of the survivors lived in the Seattle area (he died last year) but I had the opportunity of talking to him about the ordeal in the water. The event seemed to define every day of his life. He never got over it.
I am currently In high School and plan on being a pilot. Do I have to go to college and get A degree in Aviation first then join the navy or, Do i just join the navy and become a Pilot? Please help......
