What is better,Airforce, Army or Navy?

Quality of life is definitely better in the Air Force. Maybe if more people like you go Air Force the other branches will smarten up and realize they should be more like the Air Force.

I think they are all equally important in our military structure. One is not better than the other, just different. We have air, land and sea covered. Any one of the three is great as they all have their own job duties and responsibilities. I'm proud of all branches of our military.

While they are all important branches of service, I've heard the Air Force is the best branch to join, but hard to get in. My husband is in the Army and we HATE it! They'll let anyone join and we are constantly paying for the other soldiers' acts of stupidity. His uncle is retired Air Force and loved it. This was 30 years ago, however. I'm pretty sure Air Force basic training is shorter. The Army just added an unnecessary week to their's (now 10 weeks for training and one for reception) which is something your recruiter will probably not tell you. Your best bet will be to talk to each branch's recruiter, but we wish we would have gone Air Force. Good Luck!

Well, the Navy has a fair Air Force, and a very small Army(Marines).

The Air force has a crappy Navy(USAF does have water craft) and no Army.

The Army has a crappy Navy(US Army does have water craft) and a crappy Air Force.

So you have to decide which you like better - Air Power, Sea Power, or Land Power.

Marines can't get to battle unless they hitch a ride.

P.S. The Marine Corps is a separate branch than the Navy, only administrative crap falls under the Department of the Navy. Marines are NOT Navy. .

I'd say the Navy, but I'm biased. We fly more planes than the Air Force, the most bad a** combat infantry in the world rides with us, our special forces are second to none (this point is arguable, the Navy SEAL teams including DEVGRU and Marine Corps Force Recon both fall under the Department of the Navy) we've got the only truly combat effective nuclear weapons platform, and finally, we have complete domination of our realm, the motha freakin' seven seas. Plus, what would the Army do without shipping for their heavy equipment? Fly it over to the Middle East one tank at a time? We just escort a ro/ro over there and BAM there's an entire armored battalion, ready to rock and roll.

Honestly though, we are all a team. We have a job to do and we work together to get it done. No one side of the team is better than the other. The success of the United States Armed Forces is based on teamwork. Those who serve should do so with pride in all branches. We all bear the burden of the defense of the greatest nation on earth, the United States of America

Air Force. Aside from the career life, they always had the best facilities as well. It was a given that the Navy and Army would always come on the AF base to use the gym or the hospital.

Air Force all the way I am currently a civilian contractor on an army base after being in the air force and I can tell you the Air Force is the way to go. Nicest facilities biggest budget and best gear Don't go navy they are allways at sea and bored. The army and marines are always deploying and live in terrible conditions. If you do decide to go Air Force dont let the Army or Marines give you any crap they are just jealous.

Like many of the others on here, I'm biased. Unlike others on here though, I don't expect ammenities to be served to me on a silver platter during deployment like the air force does.
