Not much these days.
It's only real function these days is to serve as a misinformation focal point.
What you should be more concerned with are what's called 'Deep Underground Military Bases' - DUMBs.
These things are everywhere.
I've heard that they've started connecting them via railway to the newly constructed (by KBR - Halliburton) FEMA (concentration) camps.
But I guess America will find out about all this soon enough.
Meanwhile, they are going to occupy everyone's attention spans by invading Iran.
