There's no 'best nation'. All nations are different so you can't really compare them to each other. In every country there's good and bad people, intelligent and those ...well, less intelligent. Best is a relative term - the best country for me is the United States but there are plenty of other countries that provide everything a citizen could need or want - most of Western Europe and Canada come to mind as does Thailand. |

I'm an Australia and have travelled a bit so this is my opinion on the subject...
Personally, I think Ireland is the best nation in the world.
Friendly people, generally always willing to spend the time to talk to you and most are willing to help you out if you need it. They truly love their music and socializing and always seem willing to invite you in to partake. Irish hospitality isn't anything like people say it is, it's far, far better!
And they are one of the few peoples in the world who can make jokes at their own expense, some of the best Irish jokes I have heard have been told by Irish men & women.
P.S. I for one have no wish to be like the United States or even the United Kingdom for that matter!
And before anyone throws it out there, my heritage is Irish, Scottish, French and Norwegian with a little bit of English thrown in for flavour.
P.P.S. Awesome :-P, I get thumbs down for saying I don't want to be like the US or the UK haha! So much for you lot letting people express their freedom of choice :-P |
