All three rounds that you listed have basically the same diameter bullet. (The 9mm is .355 inches, the 38 special and .357 are both exactly .357 inches in diameter).
Any .357 is going to be loaded hotter (with more propellant) than a 9mm or 38 special, even one with a +P rating. The .357's velocity will put the other two to shame.
You didn't specify the weight of the 9mm or .357 but unless the .357 was ridiculously light weight or defective, it wins. If all weights are comparable, the .357 wins by a landslide.
The actual energy specs for each round are as follows (on average with all factors such as barrel length, bullet weight, etc. being comparable):
9mm --------------- 382 ft·lbf
38 special ------- 189 ft·lbf
.357 Magnum --- 574 ft·lbf
The combined power of the average 9mm and the average 38 special doesn't quite add up to the power of one average .357 Magnum.

The .357 magnum is the most powerful man stopper in your list. As a matter of fact the .357 magnum has more stopping power than the .45 auto. People lost interest in it when everyone started going to semi-auto pistols. |

The .357 bullet and the 9mm bullets have roughly the same diameter, but the .357 has a much larger casing, holds more propellant, hence fires the bullet with more force than the 9mm. The .38 has a larger bullet but is fired with less force.
