What is worst guns or the people who own them?

Neither, guns are generally used for hunting or defense and are owned by great people. Some bad people happen to have guns (often illegally) and they do bad things with them. If they didnt have a gun they'd use a knife or a bat or a broken bottle...

Something must be bad before , before something else can be worse . Guns are just tools . They are not bad if used properly . Simply owning guns does not make a person bad.
Using the gun improperly or illegally , makes the person bad , the gun is just a piece of metal , it has no control over its use .

Guns aren't bad, and neither are people that legally own them. Without guns in the hands of law abiding citizens, criminals jobs are easier.

I'll give you a quick scenerio to chew on...

Say you are walking down the sidewalk and some kid with a knife comes up and puts the blade to your back and says to give him your wallet.
which would you rather have happen:
Many people see it but can do nothing because none of them are allowed to have concealed guns because of laws that forbid guns in the city. The kid takes your wallet and stabs you anyway...and then runs.

OR

Someone with a concealed handgun license (CHL) sees what is happening and pulls the gun on the kid and tells him to get on the ground. He calls the cops and the kid is put in jail. You keep your wallet and are never harmed.

Happens all of the time. Recently a cop pulled a man over in Dallas.... while the officer was walking towards the truck the man in the drivers seat pulled out a gun and shot the officer. A marine who was on leave and a CHL holder saw it happen and stopped his car and shot the man who had shot the cop.

Things like this happen every day. Learn your facts before you start asking stupid questions.

Guns are not bad, and neither are most of the people who own them. There are a few bad people who use guns to do bad things. But it's those people who do the bad things, not the guns.

I don't know why people are so afraid of guns. They are a tool, not unlike a hammer. You can use a hammer to build things, or you can smash somebody's toe. If you chose to do the latter, would the hammer be bad, or would you be bad?

It's the same thing.
