What is your weapon of choice?

My weapon of choice is the Brain - unfortunately it doesn't always work. It jams at the most inopportune times. It can be redirected off course (fooled) rather easily. And can be rendered permantly non-functional if the wearer fails to keep ones "Brain Bucket" (Helmet-Kevlar) attached during combat ops. But with proper training and exercise it can be the deadliest weapon on the Battlefield.

Pistol - Glock 17 or 19 (prefered) - light weight, combat ready safety & I have never had one malfunction.

Assualt Rifle - My stripped down M4. With M16 rail mounted carrying handle for the iron sights & no sling (original M249-SAW buttstock sling attachment instead clips easily to IBA via a quick release D-ring). Fitted with a magazine coupler gives 54-56 rounds (27-28 rounds per magazine) at you disposal. (I have dropped targets out to 375meters (Combat) and 500 meters (Paint cans on an open Range)).

My carry weapon is either my Ruger KP 90 45 cal or my customized 2" model 66 Smith & Wesson.

The Ruger carries 230 grain WInchester XTP's.
The Smith carries Federal Lawman 125 grain.

My gun for what goes bump in the night is my Remington 1100 with 20" deer slug barrrel with the modified choke in it. Loaded with 2 3/4 OO Buckshot

well, i personally enjoy the HK m416. Its got the same feel of the m16/4 family that i've come to know and love, but without all the problems. Also doesn't have that useless carry handle, implements the RIS, and shoots cleaner. Only problem is that its a 5.56. Gotta get rid of that "shoot to wound" mentality and bring back the 7.62!

Why would you choose two 9mm weapons? Better pray they aren't wearing decent armor.

Because JonBovi is correct and Regiment officers normally can spell, and wouldn't be caught dead asking the questions of a 14 year old keyboard jockey, I hearby hijack this thread and amend the question to concern ZOMBIES. I like the FN P90, with it's neat little 5.7mm proprietary round, and the P90 Triple Rail neatly satisfies my GearQueerdom requirements. Ideally, I need the Flying Guillotine from the eponymous kung-fu movie.

You know best. I think I like the look of those guns, Heckler and Koch?. If I could have any weapon I'd have an antique samurai sword, the ones that cost about a hundred grand, once you've seen and touched them you just fall in love with them, regardless on your views on weapons.
