Depends on what you want to do and what MOS's they offer near you, unless of course you like traveling 200 miles for drill.
The benefits are the same. As a reservist you will pay for your medical & dental coverage if you want it, unless you are activated. |

All reserves get the same benefits with the exception of the National Guard (both Army and Air) who may also qualify for additional state benefits, depending on the state. These can be substantial like a state retirement in addition to your military retirement and fully funded education at state schools for members of the Guard. |

I would vote Army
One good thing about the Reserves is you are a normal civillian and drill for one weekend a month and two weeks in the summer. The bad thing about being in the Reserves is, its a joke. If you want to join the military, go active duty because its real and its so much better than Reserves. Good luck |

I have been in the Air Force reserve for a long time and I really enjoy it. We always go on pretty good annual tours. Army will probably give you alot of money in bonuses, and you will deploy. Navy im not sure about their reserve. Marine corps reserve will deploy too with no bonuses, lol. All are good, they all give tricare reseve select which is a version of tricare insurance for reservists and national guard which you can go to any doctor, not just military and only pay about 180 dollars a month for family, nomatter how large or just 40 bucks a month for yourself. Its a great deal. |

That depends on what your interest is, and most of the benefits are the same throughout the military systems. Go talk to a recruiter. |
