What percentage of Military wives cheat on their husband while deployed?

Many military wives cheat on their husbands, especially the young ones. Many of them aren't very independent and are built of fragile or weak constitution. When there husband goes away, they fall apart, so they need another man. It is pathetic, but that's the kind of woman that marines marry and the kind of woman who want want to marry marines.

I'm sure that most military wives don't want to hear this, but it's true.

YEAH cuz look at the ratio. 100 coc ks to 2 decent looking women. Women need loving too. But if they cant stay true to their vows and partner then they arent worth much more than dirt on my shoes

my guess would be 25-35 percent minimum

Unfortunately, the latest ratio I had heard of reported cheating wives of military men was 28%. Cheating husbands of military women reported was as low as 16%. Married military men who cheated: 22%. Married military women who cheated: 20%.

Although I cannot verify the accuracy of this data, it is the data I received several months ago, before departing service.

I would have to say though, it generally seems higher than that. But include the cheating girlfriends in there and I guarantee that percentage will skyrocket. Two of my ex-girlfriends for example.

i am really tired of this question...why is that the first thing that comes to anyones mind when they hear of some husband being deployed...i have been married for 6 years, my husband is deployed almost all year, never once cheated...the ones who cheat are the ones who never were really serious about being married in the first place...

its not every wife, some of us love our spouses, hold the fort down while the are gone, worry whether or not they are coming back alive, and trying to tell their children that their father didnt abandon them, he is working and helping our country...

cant the world come up with better questions than slamming military wives...our is just as hard and stressful as our husbands...

Because they have an opportunity to, unlike those deployed most of the time.

Those deployed have a different mission that just to get laid.

I can guarantee it's a higher percentage of those left here that cheat. And they can't blame it on anyone but themselves...not the military, not their spouses....

Okay this is a trick question.I was a naval officer wife for 17 years.I did not cheat.Nor did my close friends.However There are those who do.It is just like the civilian world.If they are truly happy and love you and have the sense of supporting our troops then they wont at all.You have to do your part also.Plenty of letters and phone calls.A package every now and then is awsome also.

I hope this has changed since I was on active duty but in the early 90's at Ft. Bragg I would say the number had to be at least 50%. I was always amazed by how little self respect and self control the wives had.

Well, I know 2 military wives. 1 cheats, 1 does not. If that's the rate, then 50%.

from what i have been hearing today it's 99% of woman cheat on their men while they are away fighting for freedom. shame on them nasty dogs.
