What should I send my brother in Iraq for a gift?

Im in the USAF and my brother is in the US ARMY and he is currently in Iraq fighting the war. I want to send him a present but im unsure of what I can actually send over there.

Send him a t-shirt. When I was in Iraq I grew tired of being in uniform every single day. Then someone sent me a t-shirt. It was awesome. Just being able to put on something different was a big morale booster. I couldn't believe it.
Non-perishable food items make a good gift too. People at home used to send us candy. We had candy everywhere. All we did was give it to Iraqi kids. When someone actually sent salsa I thought I had gone to heaven. Again a welcome change. Imagine you had to go without your favorite foods for awhile.
Remember, if you send something large he might not be bringing it home with him because of the bag and weight restrictions coming bag. A lot of guys who had people send them game consoles and sports equipment ended up leaving it there because they couldn't find a place to put it coming back. |

It really depends on how your brother likes it there. When I was there this summer, all I wanted were some of my favorite snack like things they did not have there, but if your brother does not like it there I would say that he is probally home sick, so send him something that reminds him of home. |

i think you should send him a picture of his family if he has one and aswell a letter stating that you love hin and that you miss him and also send him a picture of the family your parents him and yourself |

a nice letter and something you know he liked with it. but also remember to put in the letter how you miss him and how you and your family love him and tell him you wish God blesses him.
war is something so stupid and terrible, innocent people dying in war because of the stupid government's fights. if two countries are having trouble, why its president don't fight with each other, or why they don't solve it all with soccer? why they have to kill people that have nothing to do with it. war is so f*cking NONSENSE and stupidly unfair.
