Same borders as it has today, the same borders it has had since 1814. No territories, just as it has been since 1814. We had a social democratic government as we have 90% of the time (though like a decade before WW2 and earlier than that I don't really know). To a big part we had what we have today. Free education for everyone and the rest of it. The ideas and values were a lot more like Jantelagen (don't think you're better than me etc, standing up when a judge enters the room hasn't been present in Sweden since the 19th century, it's a "everyone are equal" mentality) and follow the rules/laws (like today). Our economy wasn't as strong per capita as it was in the 60s or 70s or even today after having an economic crisis every 5 years or so. We made a lot of money rebuilding Europe. The most important thing for people was having a good life i guess. That and freedom. The military before WW2 was pathetic compared to what it was during the cold war.. but it's pathetic today too. It was quite small and not very well equipped.
