I would say that it would probably be pretty much the same. We eould still speak english as you do not suddenly change language when you get taken over.
We eould just have probably been a german commonwealth. They would have probably let us be indipendant again now. If they hadnt, the SAS and Royal Marines would have got it back for us.

We would all be speaking German, drinking lager, and aerospace would be king. Industrial pollution would be worse than China but the GNP would be booming because almost 2/3 of the world was invaded and repatriated to the GDU. Audis, and Volkswagen would be produced in Detroit and no one could remember what a Ford or Chevrolet looked like. Boeing would be known as Messerschmidt, and we would have landed on the moon in 1955 instead of 1968.
