Whats basic training like for the air force?

I'm 100% positive I wanna go...but then I get really nervous about basic training! Nothing else scares me! Ugh! honest opinions please!

It is physically and mentally challenging. Thousands, upon thousands have completed BMT, you should be fine.

Listen to the TIs, they are there to help as well as instruct.

Basic will be over before you know it, its nothing compared to how great a education and experience and travel you will enjoy during your hitch. I repaired avionics, saw half the world, the training and experience kept me very well employed for many years after I got out.

Its normal to be nervous. My son was too but he made it and remembers it fondly. AirForce.com is a great website that breaks down week to week what you will be doing. Best of luck to you!

Basic in the Air Force is the easiest of all the branches. I would not worry too much.
