Whats your take on Nazism. And Hitler?

he wanted the best for his country. maybe he did it in a way that people didn't agree with but all he wanted was for the advancement of his country. (i'm not a nazi)

Well although Hitler's name is synonymous with Nazism, if you consider the name of the party, Hitler was not a Nazi in the true sense of the word. The term stood for NSDAP, National Socialist German Workers' Party. Hitler was not a nationalist; his willful destruction of Germany toward the end of the war proves this. He was not a Socialist, as he killed off the Socialist of the Party during the Roehm purge in 1934. He was born in Austria therefore he was not German, and he was never a member of the working class.

Also, even though he committed suicide in late April of 1945, he wasn't officially declared dead until late October, 1956 by a German court in Bonn...


So Hitler and Nazism is as far from fact as possible really.. but he was a genius who used it for the worse of mankind and on many occasions and with a bad chance of luck a couple of times, could have easily won the war and taken both Europe and the USSR. I do not support him, but those are merely the facts.
