Combination! While the lands are invested with foreign armies - No!
While crazed unelected clerics are allowed to incite, indoctrinate the mass's, deny any/all form of Democratic rule -No!
While organisations like Hammas run rampant and stir up every form of unrest - No!.
While the main 2 factions of Islam - which is no more than pestilence to the land, will never sit down and resolve their differences - No.
When they all learn to tell the truth, not continually lie - No!
Iraq, like its people, creed and doctrine, is what it is, and will always be so! because its people are enslaved to the dark satanic past. - as dictated by perverted Islamic nuts |

Only the dead have seen the end of war.
There will never be complete peace in Iraq. It may be possible to reduce the violence to a level that the Iraqis can deal with on their own, but it is not in the nature of fanatics to surrender their cause short of annihilation or the very real threat of it. The Current Iraqi government will never be able to achieve even relative peace. The only hope for Iraq is to decentralize power. Break it into a dozen or so semi-autonomous states under a loose confederation. Let each state have its own militia, so they don't have to depend on outsiders for help. The Federal government would just coordinate back up. That is the only way It has a chance to work and even then it is only a chance. Because such dramatic changes are needed, it will probably take a minimum of 3 to 5 years to establish stability in the region. |

There has never been peace in the middle east. Its just an area of conflict. It seems nobody trust the person next to them enough to unite and work out their differences. |

Doubtful that there will ever be fulfledged peace in that area. |

not unless much like yugoslavia they devide it into different countries with their own governments in each, and even then there will war in that region for years, some people just cant get alone
Maybe everyone should just put up the money that they are spending on the war give it to a panel of people ( members consiting from each diffent tribe religion etc) and let them figure it out after pulling out all troops and leave them be to sort it out for themselves.
that would be the plan anyway |

It can happen 2moro also, the thing is let the people take the decision by themself if they want that US soldier should protect them for their life long, then forget about the peace in Iraq. Once Bush plans to move the soldier out from their motherland automatically there will be a peace and this is not only my opinion this is what everyone thinks in this world even people from US, I suppose. |

if you read the history book, the bible, in chapter 1 genesis, people have been fighting there since civilization began. bush and his retarded idea of a democratic iraq will never work. there always has and always will be conflict in the middle east |
