When you join the reserves...?

If you join the marines reserve do you choose a mos or does everyone just do the same job in the reserves? Every time i look it up i cant find anything about it.

The enlistment contract you'd sign will specifically state what your mos is. Once you're done training you'll go to whatever reserve unit you want to drill at that has openings. Theres no general reservist mos and not all reservists do the same job.

If you join the reserves you must choose an MOS that is available where you intend to drill. Every place has different things available. It is best to talk to your local reserve recruiter.
