It dosen't matter as long as you can handle the physical and mental workloads the armed forces hand out. I was going to personally join the Air Force or Navy because I did not think I had the capability of being a marine, and I just wasn't interested in the Army. Most people don't realize that the Coast Guard is also a branch of the military, so if you swim well, you can go for that. Mostly it is personal preference and physical ability that allows you to chose a branch. Like I said, I was going to join after high school, but I was diagnosed with juvenilr diabetes when I was 14, so I can't enlist anywhere anymore. |

I was in the Navy for over 20 years, it was just like a regular job except that I wore a uniform to work and got to travel all over the world. If I was not in the Navy I would have joined the Air Force. |

go air force. the air force is more into expanding your mind then actually playing soldier. education benefits are excellent and the air force schools are one of the best if not the best and if possible go as on officer. |

I worked for the highest ranking combat arms female - Colonel Heidi Brown - and I can tell you that there are awesome promotion opportunities in the Army's Air Defense Artillery Branch.
We have more females than any other combat arms branch, and because so many of my "brothers" in arms are female, we lack some of the discrimination that some of the more male centrist branches (like Infantry) might still harbor.
Also, because we deploy at airbases, we get the quality of life of the Air Force, while still tapping the huge resources and awesome promotion opportunities of the Army. You will rise through the ranks faster in my branch than in any of the others.

I doesn't really matter, unless you are opposed to anykind of exercize. If you are then the Air Force or Navy are for you. To be quite honest women have it much easier in that department than the guys do. There are relaxed MOSs in all of the services, but the Marines and Army's basic are probably the roughest. |

Navy if an officer.
You will become fodder in all other cases.
Enlisted get the jobs civilians can't or won't do. So 95% of enlisted jobs are crap.You might get lucky like I did and get graphic specialist, but most of my friends ended up doing a junky job like stripping planes with caustic solvents and had blood tests every week. NO THANKS
Officers in the Navy are treated like ROYALTY! They control huge budgets have control of huge resources groups. By and large control the largest segment of the nuclear arsenal, so the Pentagon and congress give them all kinds of things they need. I'd be nice to someone with a big gun too.

Depends on the woman I have a friend in the army and a friend in the national guard and a friend in the marines. If you are really tough join (Uncle. Sam's. Misguided.Children) that is what they call the United States Marine Corps. They are a division of the navy along with the coast guard and the air force is a division of the army and so is the national guard. so just go eny meiny miney moe and just pick one they all get paid the same. |

I'd say the navy, they're kinda unneeded nowadays, so that's the choice for something useful. The coast guard, lol, I'm with the other guy who said people still think the armed forces are just for men. |

Depends on what you want to do. If you want to be in a medical field then the Navy is good. If you want to be in electronics any service could use you. And if you do not want to do anything then the Air Force.
