I know there they’re the two best Commando/Special Forces units in the world, but which one has better training?

Better training? We'll most elite units around the world trace their doctrine to the British SAS, so they would more or less be the same. |

just a difference of opinion
The SAS has a more realistic approach using live rounds for everything, battle simulations etc
The Seals rely more on finding those who are the most determined and weeding out those who are not
Also the Seals train for more Maritime operations which is much different that regular SAS training which is focused more on anti terrorism
Which doesn't mean that Seals don't do anti terrorist missions or that the SAS doesn't do any Maritime operations
they just focuses more on their specialty |

judging from what people say on Wikipedia and that sort of thing the SAS are far better than the seals its better to compare seals with delta force my opinion is SAS>all |
