Who has led a more effective war on terrorism, George Bush or John McClane?

There's been a huge rise in the number of terrorists since old man Bush came to power where John 'the vest' McClane caused a (very slight) decline.

So because it was only fictionally John has had a nil effect where Bush has had a very negative effect on our terrorism problem.

The Vest has it.

George Bush, John Mclane was actually not fighting terrorists but common criminals as they were not politically motivated.

Who the heck is John McClane? I know that you don't mean the senator who is running for president, since his name is John McCain. Are you thinking of John Wayne?
When you are talking about apples and paving bricks and trying to draw a conclusion, you will always come up with the answer that you desire. Old Bush is a president and hence he has been in the position to do more for or against terrorism than someone who is not a president. So, if you want a valid question, say something like, who has led a more effective war on Terrorism, Daddy George Bush or Son George Bush, since both were presidents.
And, if I were you, I wouldn't take the side of the president, George Bush. If I told you that the Mexicans were crossing the border illegally, so I'm going to attack Canada, you'd think I was crazy. A similar thing happened with George, and yet most conservatives think that he was right. All of the terrorists of 9/11 came from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran or Serria, yet he attacked Iraq. That certainly doesn't make sense.
