I think the greatest untold story TODAY RIGHT NOW is that the guys who planned and carried out the 1993 WTC Bombing are the same ones who did 9/11.

How does this not make the front page of every newspaper---what a scandal.

Bill Clinton sat on his hands getting _js from ML while these guys went a whole decade with nohing more than Janet Reno's Keystone investigators to worry about.

In fact Janet Reno and her office were the worst---they're responsible for setting up guidelines where foreign intelligence CAN NOT BE USED TO GO AFTER DOMESTIC TERRORISTS___AND THIS IS MORE SINISTER THAN IT SOUNDS---they didn't want the CIA Information on Bill CLinton's campaign fundraising through straw donors funneling Chinese money into the 1996 Presidential campaign.

THIS IS ONE HUNDRED TIMES WORSE THAN WATERGATE AND NO ONE TALKS ABOUT IT!!!!

In my opinion, Clinton was worse. He lied to us, he didn't keep his word, and he just wasn't all that great. He DID, however, have a great publicist. GW, on the other hand, hasn't lied, he has kept his word, but he isn't all that great. AND he doesn't have a good publicist. GW's problem was that 9/11 happened, people demanded action, but didn't like the action that came about.

I would not blame Clinton so much for Mogadishu i.e. "Black Hawk Down." It was Bush 41 that placed US troops there because he was criticized for not showing enough sympathy for starving black Africans. Clinton was in the process of yanking troops out when the "Black Hawk Down" battle took place.

Clinton because he did nothing to stop terrorism. Maybe Bush shouldn't have gone to war with Iraq, but atleast he is trying to do something.

Clinton let the WTC attack, USS Cole, Khobar Towers all go by with nothing but a few rockets at an Al-Queda camp.

Mogidishu was a disaster, but after one bad experience he left instead of staying, and Somalia has been in civil war since.

Don't forget he got us into the Bosnia conflict, and we still have troops there, why don't the dems try to get those troops out first before worrying about Iraq? Oh yea!, their holy leader, put them there so it must be OK.

I see people bringing up popularity. Do you not read the question? Who was worse? Not who is less popular. Just because people like someone doesn't mean they are a good president. Bush was obviously popular in Nov. of '04, so was he good then and bad now?

clinton was horrible......he signed NAFTA which allowed corporations to send all our industry to china..........he probably did it because hillary told him too....remember she was a big shot at Wal mart for a long time........wal mart needed everything to go to china due to the surplus of slave labor there......NAFTA made everything more profitable for wally world

Popularity? Some of the answers here are baffling. If you substitute 2 American idol people in the question, the answers make MORE sense.

I thought we were all taught to follow the path you believe in even it isn't the most "popular" view. I think Bush definitely does that. He is definitely not the best speaker, like Clinton was, but, at least he sticks to his convictions.

Bush is still worse.

Clinton was a good president, he had the republican house and senate out on a witch-hunt for him, yet he was still a popular and effective leader.

You can't place blame for the terrorist attacks on one man, while 9/11 may of been planned in the 90's. It wasn't carried out until Bush was president (and after he recieved several warnings an attack was imminent.)

Clinton= 71% Approval on the day of his impeachment.
Bush= 28% and dropping, during wartime.
