Well, we should probably define war, since history shows us that a formal declaration by congress is now the exception.
Are we discussing a military strike, or a protracted engagement?
Some anticipate a military strike to destroy Iran's nuclear capability before Bush leaves office.
I think a new, longer campaign is unlikely in the short term, unless there is another attack in the US. |

The one country that has always been a threat to the USA is Cuba. If we're going to invade another soverign nation, let it be Cuba. This would be a win for the people of Cuba and a win for the USA. |

The US won't be in a war for a while unless it reinstates the draft and rebuilds its military. The military is stretched too much and the army's short on equipment.
But I imagine if the US military was at 100%, it would invade either Syria or Iran.
Definately not China and definately not North Korea. Both of those countries have advanced militaries complemented by nukes and if you know the US good enough, you know that the US doesn't invade countries that it suspects of having nuclear weapons. |
