Wrong.
A lot of them do join the army to become naturalized afterwards. |

That would be a false statement. |

There are people from everywhere in our military. They do not have to be citizens to be in either. Some become US citizens after they serve but some don't. Check your facts before you post. |
|

kimberly24241999

They have to be a U.s. citizen to get in any of the branch of services |
|

sassyk

Uh, where did you get that information? |

If this were true then my commanding officer (who is very ethnic Hispanic) will be very surprised. |

I hate to tell you, lemming, but we have always had Mexicans and other Latinos in the Armed Forces of the United States. |
|

If they are U.S. citizens, they are not Mexicans (unless they have dual citizenship, and I'm not sure if that is legal). |

What? When I was in the Marines I had a couple of Mexican guys that were American citizens. Even had a Lebanese guy who was a citizen too. I don't know why you thought that? |

your ignorance is showing,liar. |
|

Dick Skinner

That would be an incredibly incorrect statement. Whether they were citizens already, or planned to become citizens after serving I could'nt say. My own basic, advanced, jump school, Ranger school, etc. ALL had many soldiers of mexican origin.
That's in addtion to EVERY single unit I was assigned to. I think they'd all be seriously pissed at the false pretense of this question. |
|

Just a friend.
 |
Because if they were US citizens then they wouldn't be Mexicans anymore. Could you ask a dumber question?
Did you know that Mexican-Americans have the highest percentage of Medal Of Honor winners than any other race...even whites. |
