Most likely if we leave now iran will come in and take over iraq without a strong government and the world will blame us for making a bad situation even worse. Idiot bush took out the only buffer there was in the region which was saddam that kept iran at bay.

Because the current Iraqi government is not in complete control. I f we were to pull out all our troops there is a very good chance that a civil war would break out and leave the region devastated. Giving the Taliban a very good chance of taking over.

I deployed to Iraq two years ago and I would go back now if I was still in the military. People that have never been to Iraq can't see the good that we are going over there. They only see what is on the news. We are liberating the people of Iraq. These people lived in poverty and the women are treated as items not as people. Now there is an Iraqi army and they are allowing women to join. People are getting food and water and medical care that is needed. We are helping these people get rid of the bad people that live among them so that their kids will not get bombs tied to them and used as human grenades.

I have wanted to know that answer for years now!
I thought we should have left over there a long time ago....why do alot of our soldiers have to lose their lives?? UGGHH! It all makes me sooo mad!

We got ourselves in a quarrel that's hard for us to get out of.
It wasn't necessary for us to go to Iraq, only Afghan, as a response to 9/11.

Because we have to stay and help train the Iraq soldiers so that they can fight the terrorist on their own we should have never went there anyway because the "Weapons of Mass Destruction" as Bush said the never had them.
