The Constitution states how laws are changed in the military. It says Congress decides how the military is run and we just follow what they tell us. It doesn't say anywhere that the service members vote on policy. |

The Military is not a Democracy, It is Autocratic.
Like it or not the Constitution specifically put the Military under Civilian Control. Congress gets to make the laws or change them. |
