The Port of Atlanta? Are you kidding me? Where were you educated? Not only did you screw up the writing you blew the geography and you display a total lack of any common sense.

You either mean Atlantic or in Georgia but Georgia as a country near Russia as well as being a state in the United States; hard for any Navy to be in Atlanta since it is not a major sea port unless they are aviation, shore duty or on leave none of which I think would apply to the Russian Navy. Typically the US would frown on the Russians having a base in Atlanta and don't think we've gone that far.
