First, you need to be a little more mature before you ask a question about something you know nothing about. Second, North Korea is basically bankrupt. 2 million North Koreans starved to death because the country can't support them. If they produce atomic bombs, they will be able to sell them to terrorist or anyone who has the money to purchase one. |
