Symbolic victories are very important in this media war. His head would pay big in the media. |

Bin Laden was responsible for terrorist attacks. We are going after him so he can face justice, not just to prevent more attacks. |

Bin Laden is the Figure head of the Terrorist war against the West. To capture him would affect the morale of the terrorists and that is about it. |

The hunt for Bin Laden, though fruitless so far, is a majorpart of the "War on Terror". He is the figurehead of world terrorism, though not the leader of a vast organization. Yes, he would be and has been replaced with others, but tha is not a reason to stop looking for him. |

You're less smart if you think the Iraq war diversian will solve anything. Avoid Bin Ladin as you have in the past and lose more citizens. Real logic. |

Let me make sure I understand.
Clinton was bad for not killing Bin Laden before 9/11 happened.
Now that 9/11 has happened and a bunch of other terrorist attacks have occured and we know what a threat Al qaeda is, it no longer important to capture and kill Bin Laden.
Does anyone believe for a SECOND that if a Democrat was president right now the conservative right would be screaming and yelling on every channel and chat room in creation about how the president is ineffectual because he hasn't caught Bin Laden yet?
LMAO... you have to love the hypocrisy. It's astounding... |

Should we catch the guy who just raped the woman? Or since there are so many others out there we should just ignore him?
Sure, we need to focus on terrorists. But I wouldn't say give up on the guy. If we see him we shouldn't let him go.
Besides, Bush was the first to say we should go after Bin Laden. He still hasn't brought the guy to justice. |

I believe the smart thinkers believe that bin Laden is already dead. They don't see any advantage to spreading this belief simply because it was cause martyrdom amongst the bin Laden worshipers. This guy is relatively harmless as a fugitive on the run as most people believe. He will become a vengeful and very dead arab turned martyr if the bin laden fan club starts thinking otherwise! This, nobody needs! |

Capturing Osama bin Laden would really put a damper on future terrorist activities!! |

I want him caught because of 911. |

Please don't believe they are looking for him. If he turns up in a routine traffic stop they might get him but don't count on it. Tell me in one breath that its possible for them to read my boxer shorts label from outer space but they can't find a 6'4" Arab amongst 5'8" people. |

I believe it is much more advantageous to use our funds to tear down the base of the organization. If your organization is gone you are a leader of nothing. I think it was a wiser and more prudent move. Our ears and eyes are still alert, it's just we are taking a smarter path in my opinion. |

I agree!
Why waste time looking for Bin Laden when you can go directly to the CIA.
Did you know that Osama Bin Laden was a CIA agent under the the "Tim Osman"? |
