If they know you are on the medicine yes if you even have allergies you will be disqualified see your recruiter will tell you the magic word is no you have to say no to everything and when you go in they will tell you not to listen that you will be caught and get in trouble they will say anything to get you to say yes your recruiters job is to get you in the doctors job when they do your physical is to disqualify you so as long as you use no you should be alright my hubby is going in and i was sposed to go in i took the phys and all
