Will he have to join the Hellenic Army(greek)?

My brother is going to be moving to Greece in the Summer to live there for about 18 months. He's been doing research, but not on the military. I told him that I think all people in Greece must serve in the Military for some amount of time. Will he have to even though he is a foreigner living there for about 18 months? Also, if he does, will he be discriminated? Were both half Black and Danish. So you can tell were darker.

Greek citizens have a military obligation. Foreigners do not.

Drop the whole color thing as the law is the law. But sure if he did happen into the Greek military it would not be pretty. But that would all depend on him. All in all it would be the most horrible experience of his life.

If he is not a national of Greece and just has the right visa no way does he have to serve. My question would be what nationalities does he have. Could there be an issue with him having to serve with the Danish.

You sound like a thoughtful person. Just tell him that he really needs to think this through.
