When you're done with your training it will be more like a normal job 7 am to 7 pm. some days longer and some days shorter. On occasion there's different things that will be overnight,or a week. and then when you'll have deployments. |

Depends on your duty days, deployment schedule, training schedule, schools, etc. etc. If you're stationed near home, it's pretty much a 7 - 4, Monday through Friday thing.

You will see her on family day at the end of boot. You may see her during you MOS training if you 2 can afford for her to come see you and stay in a hotel. This is you get like a weekend leave. Once you get to your first duty station you can live together and the Marines will pay for her move to be by you if she does it when you PCS. So other then deployments you will see her most everyday.

You have no clue what you are talking about., That saying is so old it isn't even funny. It also means that you just have to understand the needs of the Corps will always come first. Every branch of service DOES pay for the dependents to move when a soldier PCS's. As long as his wife goes with him when he PCS's, if she waits, then no they do not. He is not even enlisted by the wording of his question so she would not be considered an acquired dependent. Stop trying to scare him about his time in service. |

Once you get done with your basic training and school you will probably move into military housing and live together. |

According to the Marine Corps, if you were supposed to have a wife, you would have been issued a wife by the Corps. It is NOT part of your basic equipment list.
The Marine Corps will NOT pay for your wife to move to join you. Also, if you are sent to Guantanamo (Cuba) you should know that housing is limited and only higher ranking individuals are provided family housing. When my ex was there I was not even allowed to visit let alone live there. |
