with obama in office. no. america should send in SEAL teams and get the hostage off, then blow the pirates to hell. we need to show the world we mean business. the world will see americas weakness, and thats obama. |

america had a policy NOT to pay a ransom to any pirates no matter who they have captive... private companies may decide to pay a ransom but our government wont pay. the usa had a ship already in these open waters to try to deter pirates.
you have to understand that this is thousands and thousands of MILES of open water and these types of attacks will continue so long as people keep paying the ransoms |
