Will the army disqualify you for reporting on the medical forms that you visited an emergency room for chest pain when the EKG and doctors said nothing was wrong and there have never been any other problems?

As long as you have no permanent health issues you should be fine.

Not likely, If there are no findings they will shrug off an incident like that. At most they will give you a stress test to see if you can pass it.

If there was nothing wrong, there was nothing wrong, and it doens't matter anyway if they want you in they can have a doctor examine you and decide if you can be waivered in or not, it happened to me.
