No amount of tree hugging hippy peace propaganda is going to reduce a very real threat of future attacks internationally. Holding their hands and singing kumbyah doesn't work. We once lived in a very xenophobic United States, thinking no one would dare touch us. We can no longer ever be oblivious to the outside world again.

Yes, there will be peace. When the Prince of Peace comes back and sets up His kingdom. The lion will lay down with the lamb, and there will be no more sorrow or pain. The instigator of all earth's woes will be bound and cast into the pit, and he will not be able to torment the people anymore. Lift up your head, it's just arond the corner.

it is impossible for there to be peace within the human race. It is in our blood and genes to want power. As long as there are 2 people who desperately need power then there will never be peace. It's just not possible. Nice to think about though.
