Would 000 buckshot fully penetrate...?

In a 12 gauge shotgun you could have a 3 inch shell going at a velocity of 1,225 with 10 pellets that are 000 Buck. This has a total energy of 2332 lbs.

There is also a 2 3/4 inch shell going at a velocity of 1,325 with 8 pellets that are 000 Buck. This has a total energy of 2183 lbs.

Would 000 buckshot fully penetrate a person? For example, if you shoot a person in the stomach or chest, would the 000 buckshot penetrate out the person's back?

I am just curious and bored.

No it wouldn't penetrate. Buckshot was designed NOT to go through humans, it was invented to stop people in their tracks while leaving innocent bystanders behind the "victim" unharmed. Even if you used solid shot with a 3inch magnum round at point blank range there is a good chance it will not penetrate a torso. Shotguns are only effective at short ranges and as they fire the bullet or shot it loses its power very quickly so the chances of it going through someone is very rare.
