you dont deserve to be treated like that, Im not sure why you want to stay in this marriage. cheating isnt an 'issue', its the worst thing to do to a spouse and isnt something to just brush off and hope it goes away.

It's the "new" military unfortunately.Women are more of a focal point for mischief than ever before in history.They are in combat zones along with men now and well, nature will take it's course.When i was in Vietnam specifically the Sa Dec and Vihn Long areas vietnamese girls were there but i saw NO other women in uniform or out in 1966-67 now there everywhere and you share a lot together and well bluntly she's there and you ain't.Most probably keep it professional but not all.Since he can't keep his zipper up at home on leave though it's time for therapy or a new mate .This is why i stayed single through out my Navy years.(stayed away from the vietnamese girls also didn't want my ba**ls cut off)

it sounds like he's kind of tyrannical and also unfaithful, but i don't know, if it seems like he does really love you even if he is cheating, you decide, either realize you are SO over him acting like that or just talk to him about it and tell him if it happens again you seriously will leave him.

Using service/deployments as an excuse to drink. That is one of my personal pet peeves. These kind of guys don't drink because "of what they went through" or anything else. They drink because they want to and they see a free pass by society to do so because of thier service.
